Add the occasion, the person you’re celebrating, and your guests’ names and numbers.

Our coordinator rounds up your guests
It messages each guest privately, finds a time that works, and reschedules if plans change. Big decisions come back to you.

Shape what the announcer will say with the coordinator, then choose the voice.

They join, and their people are waiting
The welcome plays the instant they arrive. After that, the call is all yours, for as long as your package runs.

The opening greeting is the only part we stage. You write it with our coordinator, choose the announcer’s voice, and we record it ahead of time.

Secrecy

Kept secret until the very last second.

Our coordinator talks to each guest one to one. There’s no group chat for the surprise to leak from, and no reason for the celebrant to suspect a thing.

The celebrant hears almost nothing
Just a warm “save this time” note, as if from you. The join link arrives right before the call.
Guests know it’s really you
Every first message names you and who the surprise is for, so it reads like a personal invite, not spam.
Shared homes are covered
Tell us if a guest lives with the celebrant or shares their phone, and we’ll reach them through you instead.
After the call

A keepsake, not just a memory.

The celebrant gets a page of their own to keep and share: who showed up, a replay of the welcome, and a single tap to thank the whole group — no hunting for anyone’s number.
